Over the last few years, the firm has built up a sizeable niche practice in this area, advising both site owners and residents in all aspects of the law. We have been involved in a number of leading recent cases which have helped in clarifying the law in this important area.
Although we are based in Uxbridge in North-West London, we act for clients across the entire country, including a number of leading site operators. The Litigation Department (which mainly deals with park home related matters) is headed by John Clement, who has substantially developed the firm's involvement in this field since becoming a Partner in 2001. John has also presented the "Park Home Law Clinic" at the National Park Homes Council's annual conference for the past 3 years, giving regular updates on recent legal developments.
